IICA (Indirect Investment Capital Account)

IICA (Indirect Investment Capital Account) is account by VND opened by foreign investor to implement all permitted receipt and expense transactions relating to foreign indirect activities in Vietnam

• Target customer: on- residents entities and foreigner implement indirect investment activities in VietNam
• Currencies: VND
• Term: Non Limit
• Purpose: Implement all transactions related to foreign indirect investment activities in VietNam includes purchase and sale of securities and valuable papers, other indirect investment method in accordance with the law

• The Application for opening account cum deposit agreement and General Terms and conditions on account and use of account’s service signed by account holder or person’s guardian or legal representative of account holder.
• The citizen identity card or ID card or unexpired passport, birth certificate (for a Vietnamese citizen aged under 14 years), entry visa or certificate of visa exemption (for a foreigner) of the account holder.
• If a account is opened through a person’s guardian or legal representative, the required documents for account opening must also include the citizen identity card or ID card or unexpired passport of the guardian or legal representative, and documents proving his/her capacity for representing the account holder.
• Comfirmation about using only foreign indirect investment account (with form of Woori VietNam)
• Other document related to opening account in accordance with the regulation of Woori VietNam in each period
• Documents are able to be notarized and/ or consular legalization and translate into VietNamese.
