Reservation procedures:
Card Holder can make room reservations through email at HB2Q9@accor.com or by calling 0297 392 777.
Card Holder need to provide personal information and card details to secure the reservation.
Upon check-in at the resort, the information of the Card Holder must match the details on the personal identification document (ID card/passport) of the person checking in. If not, the resort will apply the regular room rate (without discount).
Card Holder can cancel or modify reservations up to 7 days before the check-in date without incurring any charges. After this 7-day period, if a cancellation is made, Card Holder will be responsible for paying the fee for the first night’s stay.

The discount rate does not apply in conjunction with other special offers for accommodation at the resort.
