Job descriptions
1. Develop ATM network
. Assist in the implementation and expansion of ATM network according to Woori Bank Vietnam’s development plan and business requirements;
. Assist in completion of registration procedures for new ATMs, changing ATM information…as required by State Bank of Vietnam;
2. Monitor ATM network
. Assist in training branches in monitoring ATMs;
. Assist in identifying, checking and fixing ATM errors;
. Assist in analyzing and evaluating ATM performance;
. Drafting and developing internal processes and guidelines.
3. Reporting and other work:
. Prepare reports on ATM operations, propose solutions to improve the quality of operations.
. Handling other tasks as assigned by Head and Manager of Sales Support Division.
Requirements
Graduated from a university or higher majoring in Banking and
Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology (or related disciplines).
At least 01 year of experience in the same field
Knowledge of ATM system
Understand the processes and regulations on ATM operation, standards for ATM operation
English or Korean language proficiency.
