Job descriptions
Translate internal documents, product/service materials, and official letters between Korean and Vietnamese.
Interpret in meetings and discussions between Korean clients and internal departments.
Support corporate clients in selecting appropriate deposit products based on their financial needs.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and update information related to corporate clients and their transactions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on work progress and business performance to management.
Requirements
1. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Korean Language, or related fields.
No experience required; full training will be provided.
Proficiency in Korean (both spoken and written) is a strong advantage, especially when working with Korean clients.
Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
Capable of working both independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
