1. Operation System Assistance
Handle technical inquiries related to the loan operation system.
Coordinate with IT to resolve technical requests and provide solutions to staff.
Document and summarize solutions to recurring issues.
2. System Development
Collect and analyze development requests from business units or regulatory changes.
Draft and communicate system requirements to the IT team.
Support system development to ensure compliance with SBV regulations and branch practices.
3. Reporting
Extract and consolidate data from systems and related divisions.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports (Excel/Python) in line with SBV/Mother Bank requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate report submission.
Support data export for reconciliation and audits.
Automate regular reports to enhance efficiency.
Develop Dash applications for customized data presentation and visualization.
Requirements
Requirements
– Graduated from universities in Finance, Banking, Economics.
– Ability to use Korean or English as a working language.
– Ability to effectively use the Pandas library for data manipulation and analysis.
– Ability to analyze and solve problem effectively.
