Job descriptions

  • Search, plan, develop request, build operation process for new services in Digital Banking

  • Giving ideas on changing and refreshing the IB/MB interface/service..etc to match the trend and market

  • Communicate and work with other divisions/teams to develop/improve the system

  • Analyze the step-by-step service process on the Bank’s app and suggest improvements

  • Compare and benchmark with other banks, Fintech companies..etc and make reports

  • Analyzing, researching of market and reporting

  • Support branches/customers/partners in relevant tasks

  • Other requests from managers

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Major in Korean Language / Banking / Finance / Accounting, etc.)

  • Experience working in positions at banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, electronic finance companies, etc.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of Digital and/or Korean language is an advantage
