Search, plan, develop request, build operation process for new services in Digital Banking
Giving ideas on changing and refreshing the IB/MB interface/service..etc to match the trend and market
Communicate and work with other divisions/teams to develop/improve the system
Analyze the step-by-step service process on the Bank’s app and suggest improvements
Compare and benchmark with other banks, Fintech companies..etc and make reports
Analyzing, researching of market and reporting
Support branches/customers/partners in relevant tasks
Other requests from managers
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above (Major in Korean Language / Banking / Finance / Accounting, etc.)
Experience working in positions at banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, electronic finance companies, etc.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of Digital and/or Korean language is an advantage
