Priority Customer Management (TWO CHAIRS)

1. Priority Customer Management: Providing Financial Solutions Tailored to Customer Needs
. Frequent update on the banking market, service, products, promotion programs, and financial need analysis to priority customers
. Regularly manage and evaluate the assigned priority customer portfolio for efficiency.
. Build and expand the customer network, leveraging the existing client base to identify and attract potential customers.

2. Service Excellence: Delivering Premier Banking Services with Outstanding Customer Experience
. Provide comprehensive service solutions to meet customers’ needs in transactions, savings, credit, investments, and insurance.
. Record and respond to customer feedback on products/services, suggesting improvements to enhance service quality for priority customers.

3. Compliance and Risk Management
. Perform customer information verification and monitor warning signs before, during, and after transactions, ensuring full compliance with policies and legal regulations.
. Adhere to all internal policies, regulations, procedures, and service quality commitments (SLAs).
. Follow all service quality standards and bank regulations for the position.

• Age range: 28 ~ 37
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, speaking Korean is advantage
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
• Good Customer service mindset and high responsibility in teamwork
• Proficient in office computer applications.
• Professional appearance suitable for the position.
• Committed, dedicated, and responsible, with a proactive approach to work.
