Job descriptions
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, to onboarding.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Maintain accurate data on hiring timelines and manage information of new employees.
Liaise with selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and coordinate contract preparation with the HR team.
Manage recruitment channels such as the company’s Facebook fanpage, website, and other sourcing platforms.
Build and manage relationships between Woori Bank Vietnam and external partners (e.g., corporate partners, universities, etc.).
Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Candidates with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources are preferred.
Fluent in English or Korean (all skills).
Strong interpersonal skills, proactiveness, flexibility, and a hardworking attitude.
