Retail Relationship Management

• Build-up network and maintain relationship with potential individual customers.
• Approach, consult and deliver WBV products & services to customers.
• Assessment of customers’ financial capacity and collateral.
• Prepare the loan proposal about customer’s loan purpose and desire, and request for appraisal of the specialize department.
• Forward the loan proposal to related division to get the approval.
• Post-loan management.
• Cross-sell other products and services of WBV (deposit, etc…)
• Fulfill the assigned KPI objectives for RRM position.
• Other tasks as required by General Manager of Branch and Head of Retail Banking,
• Business Division

• University graduate;
• Effective English communication is preferred;
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible and motivated;
• Able to build good relationship with customers and colleagues;
• Able to analyze and evaluate financial status.
