Eligibility
- An organization being a legal entities established and operating legally in accordance with the law of Vietnam
- Legal entity has been established for at least 2 years and has a profitable business
- The latest year revenue of 10 billion VND or more based on financial statements
- Cardholder is the organization authorized in writing for the individual to use the card of that organization
