Objective
- Employees who work at Branches, Transaction Offices or Head Office of banks operating in Vietnam
- Signed permanent labour contract or have been employed for at least 24 months at the bank of employment
- Total annual income needs to be at least VND 150,000,000
Product Details
- Loan interest rate = STIME + Spread (from 5.5%/year)
*STIME: Average 06-month term deposit interest rate (for individuals) of state-own banks
*Spread: Based on the ratio of the loan over the annual income - Loan limit: Maximum VND 500,000,000
- Loan period: From 6 months to 60 months
