- Having worked at the current company for more than 1 year
- Annual income from VND 150,000,000
Product Details
- Loan interest rate = STIME + Spread (from 7.0%/year)
*STIME: Average 06-month term deposit interest rate (for individuals) of state-own banks
*Spread: Based on the ratio of the loan over the annual income - Loan limit: Maximum VND 500,000,000
- Loan period: From 6 months to 60 months
