Introduction
Objective
- Employees of local companies with a credit rating as Woori Bank Vietnam standard or working at the listed company on Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Signed permanent labor contract or have been employed for at least 06 months at the same place of employment
- Total annual income needs to be at lease VND 80,000,000
Product Details
- Loan interest rate = STIME + Spread (from 7.0%/year)
*STIME: Average 06 months term deposit interest rate (for individuals) of state-own banks
*Spread: Based on the ratio of the loan over the annual income and working period of the customer - Loan limit: Maximum VND 300,000,000
- Loan period: From 6 months to 60 months
