- Vietnamese nationality
- Age: 18 years and the maximum age cannot exceed 60 years at the time of loan maturity
- Working at the current organization for at least 6 months
- Income from VND 5,000,000/ month

- Loan interest rate = STIME + Spread (from 9.0%/year)
*STIME: Average 06 months term deposit interest rate (for individuals) of state-own banks
*Spread: Based on customer’s credit scoring - Deduct up to 1%/year when using other products and services of Woori Bank Vietnam
- Loan limit: From VND 25,000,000 to VND 500,000,000
- Loan period: 6/12/24/36/48/60 months
