Woori Bank Vietnam Limited (“Woori VN”) respectfully invites qualified and experienced contractors to participate in the bidding package “Exterior and Interior Construction for Woori VN Transaction Offices in the Northern Region”, as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Exterior and interior construction for Woori VN transaction offices in the Northern region.
2. Location, Submission and Bid Opening Schedule:
- Location: Northern region (details will be provided via the contact information below).
- Submission & Opening Period: From December 11 to December 26, 2025.
- Submission Method: Bidders shall submit scanned bidding documents to the email addresses listed below.
3. Site Survey Location & Schedule: Bidders are required to contact Woori VN in advance to arrange the site survey.
4. Eligibility Requirements: Bidders must be legally registered entities with experience in interior and exterior construction for bank projects, especially those designed in Korean style.
5. Required Bidding Documents: Bid Registration Form, Company Profile, 2D and 3D Design Drawings,Quotation, Commitment Letter.
6. Method of Contractor Selection: Evaluation and scoring based on Woori VN’s criteria.
7. Method of Public Disclosure of Contract Terms: Contract terms will be disclosed to relevant stakeholders as required.
