Balance Notification Service via Zalo enables customers to receive real-time updates on changes to their payment account balance directly through the Zalo application, making account monitoring faster, more convenient, and seamless

2. Benefits of the Service

• • Receive balance change notifications directly on the Zalo application
  • Support sending notifications to multiple registered phone numbers

• Enable customers to proactively monitor their accounts without relying solely on SMS or Mobile Banking channels

3. Preferential Policy & Service Fee

Promotions:

• No service fee will be charged in months with no balance change transactions
• 100% service fee waiver applies to customers using Happy Salary Account

Service Fee Policy:

(Service fee is applied per registered phone number receiving notifications. Woori Bank may adjust the fee from time to time and will provide prior notice to customers in accordance with regulations.)

4. Applicable Customers
   This service is applicable to customers who have a payment account at Woori Bank and have registered for the Bank’s Zalo & SMS multi-channel notification service in accordance with Bank regulations.

5. Service Registration Instructions

Customers may register for the Zalo Balance Change Notification Service through the following channels:

Over-the-counter channel:
Customers may visit any Branch/Transaction Office of Woori Bank nationwide for registration support.

Online channel via WON Application (Effective from 04/02/2026):
Customers may register by following the instructions on WON application.
