The details of the amendment are as follows:

| Balance change notification via SMS channel | SMS notifications will NOT be sent for transactions with a value below VND 50,000 | 01.03.2026 |
Note: This amendment does not apply to the ZALO channel.
Woori Bank shall update Terms and Conditions of SMS notification service. Kindly refer to the latest version of the Terms & Conditions by visiting Woori Bank’s official website at https://woori.com.vn, under the “Forms” section.
