– Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions on Opening and Using payment and Time deposit accounts at Woori Bank Vietnam Limited (Woori Bank), which have been notified to customers and/or updated on our official website at www.woori.com.vn,

Woori Bank respectfully informs you as follows:
Effective from July 1st 2025, Woori Bank will conduct monthly classification of accounts with no transaction (excluding credit interest from demand deposits) for a continuous period of at least one year from the date of the last transaction, on the third Saturday of each month, as follows:
① If the balance is above 0 but below the minimum required balance, the account will be classified as Inactive Account;
② If the balance is zero, the account will be classified as a Dormant Account.
Prior to this classification, on the second working day of each month, Woori Bank will notify customers of accounts which might be reclassified.
After reclassification,
① Inactive and Dormant Accounts will be restricted from debit transactions on all channels (IB/MB, ATM, POS, Branch) except for bank-initiated debits;
② Inactive Accounts will be subject to a monthly account management fee;
③ Customers must visit a Woori Bank branch to request the reactivation of their account.
To avoid any service interruption and to maintain normal account status without incurring management fees, please make a credit and/or debit transaction before the third Saturday of the month in which you receive the notice.
