Woori Bank Vietnam Limited (WBVN) would like to announce the contractor selection process for premises restoration and office interior fit-out construction for the Hai Phong Branch – Trang Due Transaction Office.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Tentative Schedule:
- Bidding Announcement Period: November 2, 2026 – November 13, 2026.
- Submission Period for Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Premises Restoration and Interior Construction of Trang Due TO: November 2, 2026 – November 11, 2026.
- Tentative Bidding Date: To be announced later.
- Bidding Location: Woori Bank Vietnam Head Office, 34th Floor, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi.
- Tentative Bidding Result Notification: November 16, 2026.
- Submission Deadline: By 15:00, November 11, 2026.
- Submission Method: Submit soft copies via Email first (max 20MB) and submit hard copies directly on the bidding day.
- Attached Documents: Bidding Capability Profile (latest version), Bidding Notice, Bid Participation Commitment, 2D/3D Drawings, and Quotation.
- Notes:
- Regarding interior construction for the new premises: A minimum of 02 construction options (corresponding to cost/design options) is required.
- Quotation separation: Quotations must be separated into 2 categories: old premises restoration construction and new premises interior construction.
- Quotation coverage: The quotation must include all costs to meet WBVN’s requirements, as well as a package cost for Fire Prevention and Fighting acceptance and vault inspection acceptance in accordance with State Bank of Vietnam regulations.
- Bidding Presentation Language: Korean.
