Woori Bank Vietnam Ltd. has opened its second transaction office in Thai Nguyen, bringing the total number of its networks nationwide to 29.
On April 16, 2026, the opening ceremony of the Hoang Van Thu Transaction Office was held at the Thai Nguyen Financial and Commercial Center, located at 64 Hoang Van Thu Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The Hoang Van Thu Transaction Office officially operates under the management of Woori Bank Vietnam – Thai Nguyen Branch.
The transaction office is located on the first floor of the Financial and Commercial Center (FCC), the tallest building in Thai Nguyen. Situated at a major intersection on a key route leading to the city center, where many provincial administrative offices are located, the building enjoys a highly accessible and strategic location. With its convenient location, dense population, and vibrant commercial activity, the new Woori Bank transaction office is expected to effectively serve the financial needs of local residents and businesses.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Bae Tae In, CEO of Woori Bank Vietnam, stated that the launch of the Hoang Van Thu Transaction Office marks the next step in the bank’s strategy to expand its network and strengthen localization efforts in 2026, in preparation for the 30th anniversary of Woori Bank’s presence in Vietnam early next year. He also emphasized the importance of optimizing customer experience at transaction points, with the goal of gradually positioning Woori Bank as the leading foreign bank for Vietnamese customers.
