On November 18, 2024, CafeF announced the VNTAX 200 – Leading Group, which ranks the top 200 companies with the largest tax contributions in Vietnam. Woori Bank Vietnam is one of only two foreign-invested banks that appears in this list.
The VNTAX 200 includes the top 200 companies contributing over 200 billion VND in taxes. The 2024 list was compiled based on actual tax contributions during the financial year (12 months) ending between June 30, 2023, and March 31, 2024. The total tax contribution of the 200 companies on the VNTAX 200 list reached 684.6 trillion VND.
Woori Bank Vietnam ranked 172nd overall and 22nd within the banking sector, with a tax contribution of 352.7 billion VND (data updated as of October 31, 2024).
