1. Check the Card Slot and Device
Before making a transaction, please make sure the card reader area is clean and free of any foreign objects.
If inserting your card feels difficult or the device seems loose, stop the transaction and use another ATM of Woori Bank Vietnam.
2. Be Careful When Entering Your PIN
Cover the keypad with your hand when entering your PIN to prevent others from seeing it.
Do not share your PIN with anyone or write it down on paper or store it on your phone.
3. Check for Any Irregularities on the Keypad
If the keypad is loose, appears higher than usual, or the buttons feel abnormal, please stop using the ATM immediately.
If you notice any irregularities while using an ATM of Woori Bank Vietnam, please contact the nearest branch, transaction office, or customer service center.
4. Check the Surrounding Environment of the ATM
If the area around the ATM is dark or if an unfamiliar person approaches, please suspend the transaction for your safety.
Please use ATMs of Woori Bank Vietnam or ATMs located in secure areas under proper supervision.
5. Verify After the Transaction
After completing your transaction, make sure that both your cash and card have been returned.
You can check your withdrawal or transfer history immediately through the receipt or the mobile banking app.
6. Report Any Irregularities
If you notice any malfunction or abnormal condition of the ATM of Woori Bank Vietnam, stop the transaction immediately and contact us.
Call our Customer Center (1800-6003) or visit the nearest branch.
Employees of Woori Bank Vietnam will never ask for your PIN or card information under any circumstances.
7. Safe Usage Practices
Protect your PIN at all times and change it regularly. Do not use easily guessable PINs (e.g., 1111, 1234). Do not write down or store your PIN on items you frequently carry, or keep it together with your card or any identification materials that may be lost or stolen.
Do not lend your card to others or allow others to use it on your behalf.
Follow the same security practices when using mobile banking, card payments, and other financial services.
