  • After completing your transaction, make sure that both your cash and card have been returned.
  • You can check your withdrawal or transfer history immediately through the receipt or the mobile banking app.

  • If you notice any malfunction or abnormal condition of the ATM, stop the transaction immediately and contact us.
  • Call our Customer Center (1800-6003) or visit the nearest branch.
  • Woori Bank employees will never ask for your PIN or card information under any circumstances.
